We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you need.
Your theme choice
The site saves your theme choice in this browser on this device so it is remembered between visits. It also keeps scroll positions for this tab in session storage to restore them when you reload or go Back and Forward. The theme choice is the only thing the site keeps between visits.
What you send us
If you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address and what you need. We use that information to reply and discuss your enquiry.
What the site keeps
We do not store enquiries on the site. Your IP address is used as a temporary key in the enquiry function memory to limit repeated submissions over an hour. This memory belongs to one running instance and is cleared when it restarts. It is not stored with your message.
Where the information goes
Microsoft Azure hosts the site and processes enquiries. When enabled, Azure Communication Services sends your enquiry to our Proton mailbox. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so we can answer you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails while we talk and delete them 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. It uses no cookies. This measurement is separate from the enquiry form and does not include what you type into it.
